[MoM] [OOC] Death Permissions!
So! Being the demigod son of the Greek god of the dead, Nico has a certain ~connection~ to dead people. If your character is any of the below:
1) Dead/died in canon but alive here
2) Is undead/Underworld-aligned or otherwise life-impaired in MoM now
3) Has died in MoM
4) Is canonly going to die in the near future
... please comment here to let me know know if a) Nico can sense that from them and b) what (if anything) he can see about the cause of their death (appears to him in the form of black splotches on the spots where the mortal wounds occur). This is
Also! In canon Nico can command the dead as well, though that typically only applies for mooks and other unnamed NPCs. If your character is/was dead and you want them to feel compelled to obey Nico, go for it! Otherwise I'll assume that that particular trick doesn't apply to your character.
Both of these effects are COMPLETELY opt-in. He will only notice/command dead people who have responded to this post (or if it comes up and I message ahead of time to confirm it's okay). Otherwise, we'll blame conflicting mythologies on the reason why he can't see anything.
Here's a nifty form:
Can sense death: Y/N
Visible cause of death: Description here, or N/A if you don't want him to see anything! He can know someone's dead without seeing their wounds.
Command level: N/A if you don't want any kind of influence, or describe how much you want Nico to be able to affect your character! Anything from "this kid seems extra nice for some reason" to "kill all the Japanese" kind of geas is okay by me.

LOTS OF SPOILERS that are a few years old now ahah
My guys are in a weird situation... In their mindscape there are three of them - Akito, Agito, and Lind. Lind has all the memories and abilities of Gazelle, their body's mother...
Gazelle was like in her first trimester of pregnancy when she shot herself in the head in the Arctic ocean to save her loved ones/be the ultimate 'fuck you' to her asshole enemies!
Theeeen the scientist who made her took her frozen corpse, revived the dead embryo, and implanted her 'heart' (mind/soul/etc) into it. Buuut it didn't work properly because the child's body was weak or something, splitting Gazelle into 'Akito' and ' Lind'. Then Agito woke up years later in their mind and he'd either be another Gazelle fragment or the actual child's personality who knows
ANYWAY their body was dead for a few days, albeit frozen, prior to birth. It would have been from asphyxiation I believe... While their 'soul'/'mind' or whatever died from a gunshot wound to the side of the head (exit wound on the right hand side over the ear).
Idk how it'd work with your guy's powers though :|a
